Initial Meeting

Our initial meeting will consist of reviewing options, talking about overall design concepts, and overall discovery of what your custom-built home from Platinum Homes could include. We will discuss both exterior and interior - from chimneys to wall sockets. The seamless integration of our construction and design team allows for the optimal path to deliver your home’s design to exceed your expectations and achieve your vision.

Preview of Design

Get ready to see your dream home become yours! After researching and planning, we'll get to work, and you'll be part of every step of the process. With Jason's years of expereince in the home construction industry and Laurie's creative eye for design, we'll unfold our plans for your new home.

Follow-Up Meeting

This is a short meeting to finalize any decisions you have made and discuss lighting, paint, and anything else we need to discuss.

Go Time!

We will gather everyone involved, review selections one last time, and go over construction process. All selections, procedures and timelines will be finalized.
